What is reverse bay parking?
Reverse bay parking is when you park in a parking bay by reversing into it as opposed to driving into it (forward bay parking).
How to reverse bay park?
Assuming you’re parking on a left bay, position your car on the left side close to the bay. Position your car so that your left shoulder is in the middle of your target bay:

Swing slowly to the right, past the first line that goes behind you until you can see the right side of your target bay like this:

See here for a GIF that shows when you should stop.
Straighten your wheels and reverse until you can see a little triangle at the bottom of your side mirror:

Finally, steer left and reverse slowly into the bay until your car is inside the bay and straight with the bay lines.
